at night and how often they use sleeping pills.

35% of study participants experiencing poor sleep and MRI results showed that
sleep problems as associated with decreased brain volume.
However,
it is not certain to be poor quality sleep really causes brain shrinkage, or it
is a consequence of changes in brain structure.
