Wristwatches can emit radioactive substances, although the emission is small, but still it should be avoided, because we have relatively long sleeping hours (6-8 hours) and we do not want to be exposed with radioactive emission during that time considering our health.

People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run.
Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep because make up will cause you sleep disturbance.

Wearing Contact Lenses

Conditions that can arise from sleeping in your contacts include: conjunctivitis and Acanthamoeba keratitis. Acanthamoeba keratitis is a rare disease in which amoebae invade the cornea. It may result in permanent visual impairment or blindness.

Wearing Underwear

The reason you shouldn’t wear underwear or wearing no undergarments is that by doing that, it allows the external genitals to dry and reduces bacteria growth.

Wearing Bra

Some facts that have discovered stated that wearing bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. So its better to go to bed without it.

Sleeping Near Gadget

Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged.
Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but it is better put the phone as far as possible.

Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system and health also.  Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.
