If you have some sleep issues trouble in getting adequate sleep through the night or unable to sleep because of some reason caused by natural sleep disturbance (not sleeping disorder), there are some tips that I found on the internet (which I found effective) to help you:
  • Have warm bath.

Having warm bath before sleep can clean and also relax the body so that make easier to sleep. Research state that by taking good warm shower three hour before sleep will bring good results in elder people (age 60-80) and younger people (age 17-25).

  • Sleep naked

According to some research conducted by some sleep specialist, sleeping in naked condition allow the body to regulate the blood flow and keep your body temperature beside the body could breathe more easily.
  •  Sleep in total dark

Sleep in total dark condition will help your body to produce specific hormone, it’s called melatonin, Melatonin only be produced in total dark, even small light from television will disturb the production of melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that helps you to regenerating and rejuvenating, that’s why it’s very important for the body to produce melatonin for sleep.
  • Variation of proper sleeping position

Try sleeping in different position! Changing your sleeping position can result a better sleeping quality, you can change your position alternately until you find the most comfortable position but avoid sleeping on your stomach.

  • Use wider pillow sleep

Try to not using small and thin pillow, because it will make the head to tilt down toward the mattress, but also don’t stack the pillow too high because it will cause the head to be propped at an angle.
